St. Croix National Scenic Riverway Regulations
- Life Jackets
- Life jackets are included in the price of your rental, or you may bring your own. Adults are required to have life jackets on canoe and kayak trips, but are not required to wear them. Adults are not required to bring life jackets while tubing, but we are happy to provide them on request. Children under 13 years of age are required to wear life jackets while tubing, canoeing or kayaking.
- No Glass Containers Allowed
- Glass beverages are illegal on the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. Violations are subject to fines.
- Safety First
- Jumping from cliffs, bridges, or trees is unsafe and illegal on the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. Violations are subject to fines.
- Keep Your River Clean, Don’t Pollute
- Littering is illegal on the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. Violations are subject to fines. Complimentary garbage bags are available from Pardun’s Canoe upon request. Don’t bring your garbage home or back to camp - leave it with us at the end of your trip and we will dispose of it for you!
